If you smirk (or wince) at even some of these points then this FREE course has the ACTIONABLE tools to help.

  • Even if this week you were juggling: being sick, giving the biggest presentation of your career, looking after the kids alone and watching all your children's sport/art/musical/academic grand finale, you'd STILL die a little inside if you asked for help

  • Walking into a birthday party, fielding questions from all of your kids at once or trying to listen to your favourite podcast on busy public transport while the couple opposite you talk loudly about their (enviable) child-free weekend away makes your brain melt-down

  • Once the day starts off badly that's it, you're done. You find yourself snapping, grumpy and assuming the worst-y (that's a word right??!!)

A little about your instructor

I kind of figured you might want to know a little bit about me since mental health is such a personal topic.

I'm a 39 year-old mama of 3 (2, 5 & 8) who has experienced anxiety for as long as I can remember, with bouts of depression since my teens. I suffered through post-natal (post partum) anxiety and depression to varying degrees after all three of my kids (I know, I know...why did I keep going back for more ;) sadomasochism perhaps ;) hahaha).

Over the past few years I've volunteered for women's organisations speaking to and sharing my story with expecting and new parents because I am so passionate about letting mamas know it's ok to not love every minute of parenting.

I'm also a public health specialist whose job it was to take complex medical, health and psychological information and turn it into ACTIONABLE tools that were understandable to everyone in the community.

I'm putting my lived experience and professional skills together to help as many mamas as I can gain a sense of control over their mama journey and end their sense of mental overload.

I've done the hard work for you and gone through all the most recent medical, psychological and wellbeing THEORIES and turned it into simple, quick, effective and ACTIONABLE tools for you to use in your everyday life.
